Overview
Liza is a PhD student in Sociology at Cornell University. She is broadly interested in gender, sexuality, and health. She is currently conducting an interview study of menopause experiences and menopause medical care, and a study of the media construction of the crisis of boys, men, and masculinity.
Before arriving at Cornell, she received a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Women's, Gender, & Sexuality Studies from Dartmouth College, where she studied "hookup culture” on campus.
